Shereen Al-Barzangi

Shereen Al-Barzangi has extensive experience in the education sector across the UK and the Middle East. Formerly a Deputy Director, she has led strategic initiatives in school leadership, inclusion and curriculum development.
Shereen holds a Bachelor of Arts & Social Sciences in Political Science and Media, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (Citizenship & Social Sciences), a Master of Research in Education, an NPQ in Senior Leadership and is currently completing a PhD in AI & SEN Education. She has played a key role in opening specialist SEN schools in London and is passionate about civic education and inclusive practice. In recognition of her impact in the field, Shereen was awarded the Secondary Citizenship Teacher of the Year in the UK in 2023. Shereen is currently working at The Digital School, one of the global Initiatives led by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, where she drives innovation and impactful learning, supporting underserved communities delivering quality digital education.
